The Hart Farms neighborhood is composed of single family homes that were built in the early 2000s to 2019.  These homes are modern, two-story, split level and ranch style houses with 4-5 spacious bedrooms, 2-4 baths and open floor plans throughout.  Generally, Hart Farms homes have grand foyers, vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or hardwood flooring, paneled doors and natural light.  Kitchens are desirable with quartz and granite countertops, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island and space for a formal dining area. Homes usually have a primary ensuite with a double-sink vanity, ceramic tiling and covetable walk-in closets.  Basements are generally finished with some sort of dry or wet bar, an added space for entertaining, a gas fireplace and usually 2 bedrooms.
